Margaret Scott

Margaret is an accomplished consultant and executive coach with a proven record of outcomes across health, environment and human services issues at local, regional, state and national levels.

She has provided coaching and team development to individuals and groups in a range of settings, and across diverse organisational contexts, helping clients build leadership and strategic capacity, team effectiveness, and frameworks and processes for evaluating impact.

In all instances, Margaret builds compassionate, respectful relationships and fosters development of empowered individuals and authentic capable leaders.

Margaret has worked with many not-for-profit boards on governance issues, capacity building and strategic development.

Her qualifications include a Master of Education (Health Studies, University of Sydney) and she is a graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is also a former non-executive director on the Board of Relationships Australia, NSW and accredited in the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument.
